I have been wanting to do a AR 10 build for a while and I decided to go with a creedmoor because of its great ballistics. Aero precision has always produced quality parts and this time is no different. Paired this with a Lantec BCG and it fired flawlessly. Highly recommend this upper.

This thing is awesome! For the money, it just can't be beat. Fit and finish is perfect and no slop in the lower. I literally can't find a thing to complain about other than the anti-cease smeared on the outside lol.

I would of given this 5 stars but and with no fault to Optics planet when Aero Precision assembled the gas tube to the gas block they missed the hole with the pin causing it to get jammed into my BCG and pulled the tube out of the block when I finally got the bolt open. I thought I broke the pin until I examined it. Instead of sending it back in and having to wait a long time to get it back I did remove the pin and reassemble it. The gas tube is a little mushroomed now where it was stuck but doesn’t seem to effect it mechanically for now. The only other thing I can recommend is that when using it the first time run it wet!!! ( lots of oil)Until it breaks in from what I’ve read and had myself there is a problem with short cycling. I thought it was undergassed since I had problems out the gate with the gas block but glad I googled the problem before getting new parts. It took almost dipping the BCG in oil to get it to run through a magazine but ran smoothly and I’m guessing once it breaks in a little more it will be great.

I just finished the 6.5 build and it looks awesome! The barrel came well packaged and not a flaw on it. Haven't shot it yet but will write back to cover the acuracy of the barrel. Hopefully it shoots as good as it looks!

This upper is well made and solid as they come. Still waiting on the lower so haven’t shot it yet, but seems like it will be just fine. Once I get it all put together and run some rounds through it I will update. Do yourself a favor and research the difference between LR-308 and AR-10, SR-24 if you are doing your own build so you don’t make the mistake I did and buy an upper that doesn’t fit the lower you already have.
