Putting all my FN FAL furniture away so that I don't loose "value" in the rifle, it being a Belgium made .308 match rifle, I've recently "upgraded" to this rail. Excellent fit, easy to install and now allows me to put a vertical grip, light and laser on the rifle. My Imbell carbine is next…Aim Sports prices their products within the budget of anyone and they make excellent add ons.

I bought this Aim sports keymod to put on my L1A1 . This is a nice hand guard clean and smooth and light weight . The screw that holds it on to the gas block was very tight i needed to tap the hand guard down to seat it . I got it on and put a bipod on it and it looks very nice . I would recommend it but be prepared to fit it

The part itself came in excellent condition from Aim Sports. The description claims it fits Imperial and Metric. Unfortunately, it did not fit my Imperial kit on an Imbel receiver. I called Aim Sports and was advised that the part may require fitting and adjustment. After a few hours of struggling with it, frustration won and I stopped trying to modify it to fit. Unfortunately, their warranty does not cover unauthorized modifications and so now I have a paperweight.

The fit and finish of these hand guards is excellent for the price. They dropped in with a little finesse and fit perfectly. So far the key rails that I’ve added have stayed tight. If you’re even half interested in adding some kind of accessorizable forend to a FAL this would have to be a very strong contender.
