When I first ordered this barrel is was a bit of an experiment as I was not familiar with the brand. At the time I thought that I would use it as a stand in until my custom barrel arrived for a competition gun that I was putting together. I figured I could always find a purpose for it and if it was trash I would simply swap it out and throw it in the parts box with all the other mistakes I've paid for over the years. I will admit I was drawn to the appearance and figured I's give it a shot. I must admit my expectations were not extremely high due to the expensive finishes and the rather inexpensive pricing. The Krieger barrel I ordered was almost 2x the price, and to be expected. What I did not expect was the quality and accuracy of this barrel especially at such a cost effective price. I have gotten great results from it so much so that when my Custom barrel arrived I put this one on my duty rile. It holds consistent 1 – 1.25 moa at distance even after warmed up. As for looks the QPD finish is great, no flaws in the 4 that I have come to own. That's how much I believe in them, I put one in my father's, my brother's and my son's rifles including my own they all hold similar groupings….my son must have lucked out he gets .75 moa on a regular basis out of his. (Thanks DAD…you're welcome son..) The TiN chambering is spot on and almost as good as my .223 Wylde chamberings. For a go to under $200 Ar barrel, I don't think that you can do much better. It's definitely on par with the match series Faxon barrels which are another of my favorite barrels for not too much money. This one is usually out of stock but I assure you well worth the wait. The longest I waited was 8 months, and it was like Christmas the day that little tube showed up. (It arrived very well packed and in perfect condition) Thanks Optics Planet.

I purchased this barrel after watching videos and reading reviews with nothing but good things till say. This is honestly a very under rated barrel and there isn't much out there for reviews so I'll leave mine. So far I've put around 500 rounds through mine and I couldn't be happier. It groups well, I can easily engage out to 600 yards, and it just looks good. I have noticed the outside of the barrel does have mild "spotting" going on because its stainless, but other than that I'm really happy with my purchase.
