Packaged well and arrived undamaged. Fit and finish good. Not as pictured. The handguard is substantially shorter than that shown. The discrepancy between the actual product and that shown in the product description is why a 3 star rating is given.

The complete upper offered here is high quality. I got it for a milled Black Rain lower (Fallout15) I've had for years and used as as a test bed for trigger testing. However, it has the shorter hand guard and the barrel is a government profile without the M4 carbine grenade launcher cut. This was not a deal killer for me. My only complaint is the white lettering on the inside of the port cover which I blacked out.
