This stock is for the average shooter who wants the At-One feature. The At-One feature allows you to remove one trigger guard and install a new custom-fit thumbhole stock without touching the old one. This is particularly useful if you are switching from a bipod to a forward grip and need to have a narrow profile stock that still allows you to get the trigger out. Also, because of the recoil lug on this particular stock, the stock can be used with an adjustable length of pull stock as well as a traditional recoil lug-equipped stock. The At-One feature allows the new gunsmiths to install a new thumbhole stock without touching the old one. All that has been done is to lift the old stock off the gun, put it in the gunsmiths hands and re-install the original thumbhole stock. Now you have a great looking factory original gunstock that can be used on a lightweight magnum action as well as an adjustable-for-length action. The action has a 2 scale length.
