Stock is for Remington Mohawk 600 in .308 Winchester. Rifle has a Timney aftermarket trigger.Walnut stock workmanship sloppy in several places, not related to fit. Butt to stock fit looks like a ripsaw was used and the grain was torn away and finish coated …ugly.The bolt handle groove was broken, not smoothed and finish coated.The action required fitting in many spots all around.I joke …this is really a kit and should have come with inletting tools, sandpapers and stock finish.I had to order Brownell's longer trigger guard screws then cut to fit them. This happens and is not a complaint.I love the look of the restocked rifle. I fired it for function and zero.The stock is wonderful to handle and the recoil feels less sharp.Did not do grouping yet. This rifle originally shot MOA with 180 grain Sierra bullets.
