I bought this for its adjustable comb to compensate for the drop when adding m4 style stocks to AKM variants. I am able to maintain a tight cheek weld and have good sight picture. I have a midwest mount and medium height 30mm rings on a Leupold 1-4. Only gets a knock because the adjustable part wobbles and isnt tight.

I tried every stock I could find and my wife can't get a good sight picture because of the way she is built. On a fluke I ended up with the core s cp. I can't see through the scope because I can't get a proper cheek weld. However, now with this stock my wife can see through the scope. This stock makes it possible for her to use all of my ar15s. I absolutely do recommend this for ladies that can't shoulder a stock due to their body frame. If I do take off the cheek piece I can see through the scope. So I still like the setup, although I prefer the full sized core without the cheek piece. I simply swap the stock so she can go to the range with me.

This Israeli brand rifle stock is versatile, has a cheek riser that can be angled, and even removed. There is no rattle and very secure to the buffer tube. The QD sling position works well, and the rounded rubberized back edge of the stock works well and no snag of a hard angle for rotating weapon up and down for drill transitions, quick shouldering, helps prevent snags on clothing or plate carriers.

I have the FAB GL-Core on a previous build i did and am super happy with it.. as good of quality as any magpul stock i've owned.. so comparable in price, functionality, and price. I had another build and the customer wanted a scope setup.. i thought, hey, a cheek riser would be a nice accessory.. so i picked this GL-Core SCP.1. cheek riser is functional, 3 positions, but tilts up only at front (not a problem, but i had assumed the entire cheek rest would move up) but it TILTS up, exactly how you see it in the pictures- so my fault for assuming otherwise. 2. it is EXACTLY the same stock as the GL-CORE- the only difference is they added this cheek riser- and it IS removeable- so you can remove it with a couple allen screws and use it without the riser. – kinda nice- it's like you get two different stocks for the price of one. 3. AR with a scope mounted with the normal height mount(low profile)- the cheek riser is too tall to get a good sight picture from the scope. i would suggest a medium or tall scope mount to use the cheek riser on this stock- otherwise you will fight with cheek placement and position to get a clear view. (i had to hold the gun almost at 45degrees to get a good sight picture using the stock's cheek riser) 4. QD mounts work as they should, "no-position swivel QD mounts"- they're secure, they swing around with ease. some people like that, some people don't.all in all, good stock, good bang for the buck, functional cheek riser- don't have anything bad to say about it.
