Neat little ad-on skull to my ar10 build. Wanted something to make my rifle stand out and be different from the others. I attached it permanently to the mag well with some black SS bedding compound and painted the teeth white for more effect.

Well, it's a nice decoration. There's no way to secure it to the lower. Overall, the piece looks great. But at the end of the day, you're probably better off leaving it off before go off to the range.
