BUY IT! Don't hesitate a minute longer… You will not regret it! I wish I could insert photos, because not only is this one alluring buttstock, it is everything one would imagine coming from one of the World's Elite Fighting Armed Forces! If you own a 590, you Know how difficult it is to find the accessories most commonly changed: Specifically, the Foregrip and Buttstock! Well the UAS 500 is IMO, the perfect match for this firearm, and definitely the Last one you'll need to obtain to meet your need for Home Defense (CQB) due to its flawless easy transition to a Collapsed stock, or Hunting/Competition due to its built-in Cheek-Riser. Whether you're using Light, Medium, or Heavy grain Bird/Target shot; 00 or Deer Slug, the Rubber Butt-Pad will absorb – and dissipate the hit pretty nice!

I have a Mossberg 590 Insight SP (UPC 015813506465, Model 50646), and I was worried that this unit wouldn't fit. Don't worry for a second, it will fit a 590 perfectly. I have had that gun for years and never really liked it. It's been one of those that hangs out at the back of the safe.After adding this, It let me look at that gun in a whole new light. In fact, I am pondering buying another 590, with the 18.5 barrel, and another Fab Defense stock to go with it, just because it seems like the perfect package.This reduces the overall length to ~31" folded, even with a 20" barrel. It's perfect!

I switched my magpul stock with this and couldn't be happier. I know that sounds ridiculous saying that about magpul, but I'm liking this stock much better. Smaller footprint on your shotgun and collapsible! Fast delivery and great online company. Thanks Optics Planet!

FAB Defense did it again! Clean look the folding feature is nice and smooth. Good positive click when unfolding the stock. The latch mechanism is big and beefy. Definitely will take some effort to make it fail. The pistol grip is amazing. Feels like it was molded to my hand. Cheek riser has the perfect range of height to it.

I needed an adjustable pistol grip buttstock for my home defense shotgun. My bad shoulders required me to have a pistol grip to help support it. Got more than I bargained for with this buttstock. I prefer this side folder to an adjustable stock because it can be used folded and when fully deployed is at the length you need. Also it stores more compact than an adjustable stock. Great price also, what more can you ask for!?!

It would be an extremely bad idea not to have this folding stock. I have it on my Mossberg 500, and it perfect. I am still able to use is with the pistol grip only and operate and load with no issues when it is folded in. When folded out, well it is perfect for CQB or room clearing. The frame itself feels flimsy, but it actually take a good portion of the recoil, as we all know a shotgun has plenty to provide.Only draw back is not being able to attach a shell extension to the side due to the cheek riser.But we all know when anything is a foul or hunting fowl, it only takes one shot.
