I bought this so I wouldn't need a tool to take down my VMAC9. The problem is that this takedown pin fits very snug and it is open on the locking end which means you can't push it through on one end while pushing the release button on the other end unless you are using a tool. While better than needing an allen key to remove the pin, it really defeats the purpose of having a push button takedown pin.
