Easy installation and gives a lot of grip to the rear charging handle. Took only about 5-10 mins to install and makes a huge difference by easing the installation and the tremendous grip it gives on charging handle

I got this latch for better extension out from my scope eyepiece. It has a positive lock with the upper receiver. The pad is oversized which help with finger engagement. It has a simple straightforward design, wasnt over engineered like some others.

If you don't have a punch small enough for the roll pin I used a drill bit to move it down, and only move the roll pin enough to remove the old handle latch this way all you have to do is drive the roll pin back flush , instead of trying to hold that tiny roll pin and get in back started in that tiny hole. I am ordering three more now have fun be safe.

All you need is a hammer and punch to up grade your existing charging handle lever. Its ambidextrous also. I install this on both my AR's. Great simple upgrade that's not expensive and makes a nice addition to your rifle, I highly recommend this item.

Very handy,A lot of the newer gas buster style latches bind up the the gas key channel where these allow you to simply adapt the stock charging handle with no significant difficulties.
