It's what you'd expect from MAGPUL. The fit was perfect and everything worked great. The trapdoor is excellent.Be sure to note that it DOES NOT come with QD sockets. If you have other MAGPUL stocks, like the STR, you can take off the socket on that model but the screw will only work on the front hole not the back hole (screw isn't long enough). The socket kits sold separately will have the correct length screws. If you want QD sockets on both sides of the stock, get the Type 1 and Type 2 kits. You'll need two of each kit if you want ambi front and rear QD.

Good stuff as always from OP and Magpul. It works. I haven't installed it as of this review, but the previous ones are flawless. This is for a 6.5 Grendel long range project. I think it will make the difference.

Great ergonomics and look. I picked this stock for my 18” SPR build. The installation was straight forward and easy with basic AR tools. One thing of note that is not mentioned is the fact that the end screw is included with this stock. I purchased the Flat Dark Earth color and it matched up perfectly with the other Flat Dark Earth items in this build such as the grip, hand guard fore end and upper receiver.

This is a good product, rigid construction. My only complaint is that it is A1 length, shorter than the A2. While that may have tactical advantages, the longer A2 length I personally prefer for target shooting, both bench and off-hand.

Great stock… though i added the extended pad to it as i needed a little more lop. Otherwise a great fixed stock. Wishing Magpul would crank out something geared for precision, but not full on PRS as those are a bit heavy for a hunting rifle.

As with everything Magpul, this stock has been great. Rock solid. Here in the People's Republik of Kalifornia we are no longer allowed to have adjustable stocks on our evil (pronounced "eeevyill", like fruuuits of the devyill) rifles because that makes them even more eevyill. So this is a great option to appease the idiots in Sacramento who write our useless gun control legislation. But, I digress. I definitely recommend this stock.
