This knob is just ok. It’s plastic with a slip on plastic cover. In theory, it’s a good idea. It overlays the factory bolt knob. In reality, it took clamping it over the bolt knob in a vise overnight after crazy glue was applied to the screws. The reason for glue was that the small screws stripped the plastic insert. I’d call this one a loss for MDT. Their stocks and bipods are good. This product is not.

Instructions are not correct in that the screws can't be tightened as explained. The 2 secondary screws can't be tightened at all leaving a large gap around the handle. A large mallet was used to knock the knob in place. The knob shows stress marks from being stretch in several places which means it might break over time. However the worst feature is the large gap between the knob and the handle which means dirt and grime is collecting between the handle and the knob. One of the secondary screws is falling out leaving a hole in the knob base as another dirt collector. Feels dirty after a day shooting in the desert. The only good feature is large grip.
