This MDT Compisite Carbine Stock comes with everything you need (castle nut) for a solid installation on a MDT chassis. MDT could have incorporated a sling loop or QD mount, but I knew that before I purchased it. Also on my Brownells branded MDT chassis, the bolt will not clear the cheek rest for removal (Tikka T3). It has LOP adjustment and cheek rest/riser adjustment. Do not mistake this for an usable AR-15/10 carbine stock. It will not work.

I was actually thoroughly impressed with this stock. I wanted something I could use for hunting purposes and this is perfect. The adjustable comb is solid and I like the fixed adjustment for LOP with the spacer system. Installed on xlr chassis and is extremely light. Very solid and well built. I was nervous about the adjustable comb but it is actually pretty forgiving with recoil (I have this stock on a 338). Doesn’t hurt your face at all and allows for repeatable cheek weld. All in all I’m happy with the product

Great range of adjustment for most shooters. An MLok bag rider can be added.

You can pay a lot of money for a stock or you can buy this. I have it installed on an Ultradyne chassis. Length of pull is adjusted 2 ways, how far you screw it into the chassis plus removing the spacers from the buttpad. Only I shoot this rifle so I set mine at 14.5" and it'll never move again. The cheek riser is held by 2 allen head screws. I replaced these with the MDT Oryx adjustment knobs so I can adjust by hand. You need to drop the cheek riser to clean the barrel. Very satisfied with it. How much adjustment do you really need? I didn't see paying $400 for more adjustments that I'll never use.

I have this in fde and now black. I love the modularity to fit myself for my rifle. It's actually lighter than the skeletonized too.

Quality is solid. The knobs are a little difficult to turn, but once you get them set, they hold tight.
