Pretty easy to install with proper tools. Machined well. The receiver and hand guard rails line up perfect. I like how the anti roll/twist feature of the guard is machined into the guard. Weight is good.

Very solid rail, best in my opinion. Easy on and off, if needed, solid lock-up.

I have this rail locked up to Aeros m4e1 upper and there is no wiggle at all. I haven’t used quad rails before, but even compared to my mlok rails there’s almost no weight difference. I have bigger hands (XL gloves) so having more to hold on this is preferable to me rather than skinny mloks. And paired with rail ladders and a SC Irregulars pic handstop makes this the best experience at the range.

They may not be as practical or comfortable as some of new MLok rails but there is just something cool about a quad rail. This pairs perfectly with my 10” BA 300 blackout barrel and leaves about an 1/8” gap between the rail and my Rugged Suppressors Razor and looks awesome. For the money this is the best quad rail out there.

As always a nice piece of machining from Midwest Industries. Fit and finish is excellent! They do state on their website, it may not fit all uppers. This is in regard to the two “ears” that straddle the upper portion around the gas tube area. A standard M4 style upper will mate perfect. Something different like a side charging upper like mine will require some machining of those ears to fit. Just FYI.
