What can I say this barrel is expensive but it’s so worth it extremely well-made and very light I do have another one and 14.5 inches it really shuts off the way if you’re making a light weight AR I hope to purchase more in the future for a 308. I will always come back to optics planet they have great service rewards and fast shipping

I haven't gotten out to the range to break in this barrel; however, if it shoots as good as it looks and fits it will be a tack driver. I paired it with a wilsons combat upper and lower set. The fit was very nice. Seems like a good purchase.

Its incredibly accurate. The most accurate ar I own, 1-1.5 moa with 55gr FMJ, sub moa with 77gr OTM. About half a pound lighter than my previous gov. profile barrel. I haven't run it through a intense fire schedule to test the cooling of the carbon fiber. But everything else proves true on this barrel so I'm sure the carbon helps cool it. Absolutely no regrets. This will be my go to barrel for any accurate builds in the future

Can't say much about the performance yet, as the build is still in progress (waiting for other parts), but the fit and finish of this barrel is top shelf! I've only ever dealt with carbon fiber on performance car parts, and while they end up looking pretty good, this is on a whole other level! There was no splintering or roughness of the fiber anywhere, and the seams between the edges of the fiber and the stainless steel (the barrel is carbon-wrapped stainless) were non-existent. If you're thinking about dropping aome serious coin on a carbon fiber barrel, THIS is the one to get

This barrel is deceptively light. I appreciate the dimple to properly align the gas block – don’t overlook this – It makes it very simple. I have these proof barrels on a 16” 308 AR10, 18” 556, and have a 14.5” on back order. These are also the most beautiful barrels I’ve seen to date. Rule #1: Always look cool. Check that box.
