I like it keeps my finger in a natural resting position. Only reason it didnt get 5 stars is because it seemed to be milled out a little to big in the magwel area causing the magpul mags and GI mags to drag and get stuck, the lancer mags had no issue. Easy fix I had to shave off about 1/32 of a inch paint it and done. Now all mags release freely from my lower but shouldnt of had to do that. Overall it's a good product.

I bought this thinking it would be better than the standard flat trigger guard. Most often I’ve used the magpul trigger guards. But now I’m sold. The ergonomics fit nicely with the magwell and the slide ramp is much more functional than I thought. Not to mention it’s surprisingly light and easy to install.

Nice custom skeletonized trigger guard with finger rest. Secured with Allen screws instead of roll pins. Looks good and feels good.Hard to write four or five sentences to rate this piece. It’s a trigger guard. Kind of expensive but worth the price because of included screws and custom looks.

So… the humble trigger guard. How can you jazz up a simple trigger guard? Strike Industries NAILED it on this! It has a feed ramp on the front for magazines which actually does a great job- it really is noticeable how well it works. The finger rest works well, too. It comes with 3 screws to attach to your lower, so no possibility of breaking off the flanges on your lower. Lotsa material has been removed for weight savings, but it still feels quite stout. The fit and finish is perfect. The more you consider this, the more you will realize how much thought went into the design. Oh, by the way, and it looks tacticool, as well.

I've not put much interest in the past for trigger gaurds. My current AR-15 build is black parts on FDE ceracote Aero Precision upper and lower. I'm using mostly SI parts for this build (got an Odin works extended mag release button though..great product also) and decided to use this guard as well. Very happy with my choice. Like all SI products I've purchased; excellent finish, feel and purpose.

I purchase one a few years back and just received my second one. They look good and feels good. The extra width at the bottom feels nice it's like it keeps your finger at a rested point and on the ready. The trigger guard comes with screws which means no roll pins to drive into the trigger guard ears and yes the trigger guard is threaded. Be careful and don't cross thread it. That's a huge upgrade. They are small so just take your time when you go to screw them in. Hope this helps…… stay frosty.
