I installed this on my new build and it looks amazing. The quality is great. I ordered the FDE, but it looks more like a burnt bronze but I still like it. The extend button is kind of stiff. You will have to extend the stock everytime you need to pull the rear takedown.Overall great purchase.

Really sweet design. Love the new look of my ar. Wanted something “short” and discreet that wasn’t a felonized “pistol brace”. Lol this certainly does the job. Check out the durability test on YouTube. It’s amazing how strong these are.

So like most fans of Strike Industries you come to expect a certain quality and coolness factor of every purchase. And this PDW stock far exceeds my expectations. And shout to OP for actually having it in stock! The quality and sturdiness can be felt immediately. Now I only wish OP would send me the rest of my build parts because I’m so excited to complete!!!

I love the stock and it was a genuine strike industries part. The only issue I have is that the stock I was sent was definitely a customer return or a blem designated model. It had signs of being installed and used very lightly then disassembled for return. I wish I could get a coupon or partial refund because of this. I don't want to return or leave a bad review , when I pay full price I expect to receive a new product though . Thanks for the fast shipping and great price but I didn't know it came with the cost of now owning a customer returned 2nd hand pdw stock. someone please reach out to me so we can solve this �

This is an excellent build for an SBR. Light, attractive, and durable. Several other reviews have said this is an option for a Pistol build…IT IS NOT. This is classified as a stock, and therefore should only be used on a rifle of 16" barrel length or an licensed SBR. If you put this designated stock on a pistol, you will be in violation of the law. Strike Industries specifically makes a Brace using the exact same design (https://www.opticsplanet.com/strike-industries-viper-pdw-2-position-stabilizer-brace.html) and if you are building or have an AR Pistol, unless you intend to Form 1 it, you need the Brace, not this Stock.
