Great fit and finish. Mounting and Lock up is very solid. Barrel nut design is easy easy to time. Feels great in the hand…no burrs or sharp edges. Highly recommend Strike industries stuff. Great experience with optics planet. Fast processing and shipping.

I was looking for a handguard that would allow a 1.5 OD suppressor to recess just slightly inside in order to elimate the gap from the end of the handguard to the beginning of the suppressor. I also did not want suppressor recessed too far under the handguard due to heat issues. This handguard fit the bill perfectly and was priced right. Using this 10” handguard over a 10.5 barrel allowed my suppressor to recess about 1/8” into the handguard. There was a 1/16” clearance all the way around the can. The fit and finish of the handguard was excellent and the install was one of the easiest I have done to date. Very nice product.

Strike industries has done it again with this rail nice and slim, beautiful design. Easy to time and easy to install. Compared to the previous rail this one looks way better and is more appealing. I would recommend this rail to all my friends. A little pricey but if you find the right coupon OpticsPlanet delivers

Bought the 10" FDE M-LOK hand guard, it's pretty light weight, easy to install, love the design. It fits my hand well, I wear size large gloves. The hand guard is actually 10", I was researching and some manufacturers are 10", 10.5" etc. The one thing that I do not like is the color. The "FDE" color is no where near the Magpul FDE which is what the rest of my pistol is. The color is more of a greenish gold with a powder coat sparkle. So if you want to "bling out" your rifle get this, if you want a true FDE color look somewhere else.

Got this handguard for a 6.5 Grendel pistol build. Have done several DI builds. Wanted to try a piston. This handguard must have been made with the Superlative Arms Piston kit in mind. Everything fits and the barrel nut fits the piston like a glove. One bolt and the handguard comes right off. Perfect for easy access for cleaning things up. You can't go wrong with this handguard for a DI build but it really shines when used with the Superlative piston kits. I normally do reviews to get my discount. I did this one to let you guys looking for a handguard for use with a piston system. Get one.
