If you need a carrier… buy this. Picked one up and matched it to a Cryptic bolt and it is running perfectly in a 350 legend upper. Had some questions and went to Superlative Arms directly and they were awesome to work with and extremely helpful. Finish and machining is flawless. Be aware, it may be a tight fit in your upper at first but that is totally normal. Run it heavily oiled for the first 100 rounds. The DLC coating is super easy to clean up. Just wipe and relube.

I ordered this carrier with a 12% off coupon and paid $84 out the door.I had to wait about 2 weeks for it to arrive. Like other SA products, I noticed it was nicely packaged, came with instructions, and machined perfectly. Very few tooling marks on non-bearing surfaces.The DLC looks the same as their piston carriers. The insert that came in the package states that both the carrier and gas key are chrome lined, then DLC coated.The tail is flared and the top bearing surfaces on the front of the carrier extend all the way to the barrel extension.I’ll be paring this with a JP bolt for completion.
