Trigger has a slight amount of creep. The amount of creep is very small and the trigger is still much nicer than factory. The pin that holds the spring on the seer could be larger so that the spring stays dead center. I had to take about an 1/8" of material off while adjusting for the safety. This is not a bolt in trigger assembly. Take your time so that your safety works properly.

It was easy to install after some minor modifications to the stock and trigger part for the safety. I used a dremel tool for both tasks. Just be sure to take your time amd don't take to much off the trigger part grind a little and check it.

Good product at a good price. Installation not too difficult, mark amount needed to remove and use a file to remove metal from the new trigger until the safety can engage. Make sure you’re checking it with the bolt in the action and are taking your time.

I installed this trigger myself on my Ruger M77 Mark II, 30/06 (I am not a gunsmith). It was relatively easy, you just need to follow the instructions. The only thing I would add to the manufacturer’ s instructions is as you’re filing excess material from the tigger to allow proper clearance for the safety to engage, in addition to ensuring the action is cocked (the mechanism has tighter clearances when cocked) make sure you check the final clearance and proper safety engagement with the receiver placed back in the stock and tightened down. I had to make additional minor clearance adjustments after the receiver was in place. I used the original trigger spring and have it adjusted to approximately a three pound pull. The travel is negligible. I love this new set up!

A little to much off and safety WILL malfunction. And the weapon will no longer be safe. Make sure you inlet your stock for the over travel adjustment lug. Had it filed and firing perfect then wouldn’t fire in stock thought it was the safety so filed a little more and ruined the trigger. It was the over travel adjustment lug hanging up on the stock. Super upsetting to ruin a great part and not to mention a waste of money I didn’t have to waste. Gum junkie problems. Just be careful. If your like me you will never get over it and beat yourself up until the new one arrives. Then beat yourself up again!

I’m on my second one of these now. Careful on the Dremel tool all of you out there. I over cut the on the removal fitting by the width of a razor blade. It must be precise! No problem with cocking and clean fire, but once on safe, the play will engage the sear and upon releasing the safety, the pin fires along with it….and boom. That would make for a terrible day. The first trigger is shot but won’t make that mistake 2x. Installed on a MkII .25-06 Lefty.
