Got this baby yesterday, ran about 450 rounds through it 10 of which was getting zeroed in and confirming. Ran coopers drill and a couple others with it. Fast fire, controlled 3rd shots, and she ran without any hiccups.I did get the Ambi charging handle from Trybe as well and switched that out. All in all I’m happy with my purchase, I’ll continue testing and stressing as much as I can to see but so far no problems.Romeo 5 RD with Juliet 3X magnifier QD and swivel mount, Trybe ambi charging handle, Streamlight Pro-tac HLX, Magpul AFG 2, Magpul B.A.D. Lever, vickers padded sling.

Bought the trybe 10.5" upper along with their "CIB" muzzle brake and would really highly recommend. Very happy with the upper, easy installation, solidly built, no play in the handguard at all, and barrel is quite nice. I have $400 uppers and my groupings are just as accurate with this one. Price is outstanding. BCG and charging handle are standard. Nothing fancy, but function well. Wasn't expecting the quality. Need to move onto their muzzle device. The cowl induction brake with their kit is really top of the line! I was very surprised. fantastic recoil stifling. Muzzle control was out of this world. Actually very delighted by it considering the cost. Excellent customer service too. Had to change payment method before shipping and they got right back to me. Took a chance on this brand. Don't have any other Trybe stuff. Great experience.

I have not put many rounds through it. It looks good and shoots good so far. I gave it a four star for minor defects like dimpling in the hand guard and the dust cover spring is so stiff it can be difficult to charge. I think that will break in with use though. You get what you pay for and this is a good budget option.

This upper assembly is pretty well built. Everything seems tight and within spec. Have not fired it yet. I do not like the barrel shroud, however. Lots of sharp edges and large holes along the top and bottom at the 45, 135, 225 & 315 angled edges. Will probably need to find something better.
