Like all of v7 parts, I love it. It’s about .75 oz lighter than the normal mil spec buffer tube I was using. I love the coating on it. It’s slick so when moving the stock up and down it glides smoother. I’m slowly swapping out most of my parts with v7 parts on my lightweight rifle.

So far everything I've got from v7 has been very high quality. The fit and finish of this thing is absolutely flawless and it feels like it weighs nothing. The other review says it's blue? Mine is a very nice black so I'm not sure what that's all about. Do you need a super strong light weight expensive tube? No. For sure you don't. But if you want it and you can afford it you won't be disappointed.

Who would’ve thunk it? This thing is awesome. This is the definition of premium, or “Gucci”, I should say. Don’t think about it too much. Buy it, it’s totally worth it. Life is too short for cheap rifle builds.

This is the lightest Buffer Tube I have bought yet. But it is probably twice as strong as the rest, being made of a super Lithium Aluminum Alloy. I heard someone say it was dark blue in color. I see only perfectly black. It is not round in profile, but multi-faceted. It is the tightest buffer I have ever had. With the Battle First Minimilist stocks I run it is quite difficult to slide. As I only use this buffer/stock combo on a super short 300 BO SBR it is OK because it rarely needs to be retracted anyway. And I like the lack of any wobble.

I put my Magpul Industries ACS-L Lightweight Rifle Stocks onto it and locked it down and it was still a sloppy fit but it looks and feels great til you put your stock on. I hope they can fix this problem

does not fit KAK shockwave pistol brace. I love this item but it doesn’t fit that brace. The stops for adjustability have slots in them and the shockwave just slides right through too bad too because I love this buffer tube. I ended up going for their aluminum one which is lighter than standard, but fits the shockwave.
