Match barrels start with 416-R Stainless Steel and are sub-MOA inspected. We then cold draw the barrel, strobe it, and lighten the barrel with a light barrel knockoff. We finish the barrel with a hand deburred chamber, rifling, and a lightweight contour. Finally we finish the barrel with a satin chromate type finish and silk screen devoid of any interior or exterior thread disruptions. These features set V Seven apart from other so called match barrels is the consistent internal dimension tolerances and chamber dimensions that allow a given caliber to perform so accurately.
