We use our own state of the art barrel cell to provide high end buttoned 416RSS Blanks. We QA/QC throughout the entire barrel making process, air-guaging and drift guaging using 10″ drift pins testing to a tenth of a thousandth on tolerance. Our barrels are sub MOA and are match grade.416 twice stress relieved steel, 5R rifling – button pulled, Mid-length gas barrel, 1/2-28 threads, 1-8 twist, .750 in gas block diameter. The Pictures you see are not the barrel you receive. The barrels no longer have an F1 logo and the spiral fluting I purchased has way less depth than the pictures shown. F-1's response ? We have simply changed our barrel profile to a thinner barrel and cannot flute them as deep as the pictures show, oh and also they forgot to update any pictures of the barrels, how convenient right ? The fluting is no where as near as deep, beware buyers.
