Exactus is the first precision stock to merge an internal chassis core in a precision shooting stock. It’s super sturdy and specifically designed for ultra-precise long range 1000 yds builds. Exactus is a “drop in” system: it does not require pillars or extra bedding. Your action and barrel drop in and are ready to go. Exactus is compatible with Remington, Ruger, Savage, Tikka, Sauer, Bergara, Defiance, Kelbly, Bat Machine, Bighorn Arms and others Rem700 clones. The Exactus stock is a professional tactical rifle stock made for precision shooters. Crafted from a forged monoblock body, the stock is comprised of the highest quality stabilized hardwood and an aluminum chassis. A hard-anodizing process is used to improve the overall strength and durability of the rifle stock. Adding to the sturdy construction is a braided aluminum skeleton paired with high-quality front- and rear stocks. These front- and rear stocks are customizable and adjustable and come with vibration-reducing hardwood grips. Made in Italy. Developed, assembled and finished in Hickory, North Carolina. Absolutely amazing addition!!! Did a bunch of research and bought this knowing that it should fit my Tikka T1X and it did. I love this stock!!! Had to do some Filing in the Magwell to accomedate the T1X Mags but other than that, it works great. For the most part, the Tikka T3X and Tikka T1X are interchangeable but might require some minor modifications and in this case it was the Magwell. It is a very hard finish on the metal but can be done. I have to admit that I had a gunsmith do mine and it was worth it for me. The gunsmith had to file and fit and got it perfect!!What a difference with the metal frame, surrounded by Walnut. No bedding needed! Great Stock!!!!!! Keep in mind that by doing this it will ruin the Warranty but it was well worth it in my opinion.

I bought this woox "mini chassis" system because it was the only aluminum chassis or mini-chassis that would take the factory tikka magazines apart from a manners mini-chassis in a traditional stock. By this time, Woox had already acquired a bad reputation for astroturfing and flooding the internet with free stocks for guntubers in exchange for favorable reviews. The only non-paid reviews were complaints that the stocks got loose very quickly and had poor durability so I knew what I was getting into. If you watch their shot show videos for their QD stock they recently came out with, you can actually see the whole stock sag as the sales person puts the gun on the table in the background. Ooops.Anyway, the one I bought as new had clearly been returned a few times based on the many layers of sealing stickers holding the box together. It was also missing any literature or tools that should have come with a new stock. The wood quality on the grey model isn't particularly good and the finish is pretty thin and not wear resistant. I ended up applying a layer of wax to the wood to help it wear a bit better. i assume the walnut ones have better looking wood. The fitment of the wood stock to the chassis is very poorly engineered and executed. The wood-to-aluminum mortise was too shallow and the ears interfered with the seating so it was bearing on one side of the wood only. as a result, it was starting to crack in that area. Furthermore, the bolt holding it all together is a standard button screw with a tiny little washer. It's pretty much inevitable that the bolt head is going to cut into the wood and make the entire thing loosen up over time.I ended up hand fitting the mortise and boring out the bolt hole to accept a flange head screw and fender washer. I'm keeping an eye out on the crack. The cheek riser hardware is pretty atrocious in fit and finish as well. Mill finish aluminum rods that are undersized so you have to really go ham on the tightening screw to get it to stay in place. The recessed screw to adjust the cheek riser is a pain in the rear as well. I ended up replacing the screw with a custom spacer and wing-bolt so I can change the height in the field. The mini-chassis was not deburred before anodizing, so there are raised burrs on many of the flat surfaces. Nothing too bad where the action interfaces with the chassis, but anywhere else and there is probably a big old burr waiting for you. I used a carbide scraper and files to knock down the edges.Everything else is good enough. The forend does flex under load and the amount of epoxy used to hold it in place doesn't fill me with confidence in the fitment. It hasn't fallen out yet, so that's a plus. For what they are asking for one of these new, you are infinitely better off buying a KRG or MDT. If you're willing to put in the work to fix the design flaws from the factory, I will say it looks pretty good. I am happy with the final result, but i wish Woox had put the money towards QC testing and design, rather than custom stamped bolt-heads and sending a free one to every influencer on the internet.
