This sight post perfectly compliments my rear peep sight. I am not a precision shooter, and rarely shoot past 150 yards. This product is perfect for those who use a carbine for home defense. It is quick to pick up. It is bright, but not too bright. I use the Big Dots for my pistols since those are for much closer ranges, but the standard dot on an AR gives you a little more flexibility, allowing accurate hits out to 150 – 200 yards. It is exactly what I needed and works exactly as I intended. Deserves a sixth star. Buy it.

Installed in MBUS backup in front of T2 Micro mounted at Absolute CoW If electronics go down the tube becomes an 18mm Ghost Ring. Nose to the charging handle, both eyes open picture doesn’t change. Flip up the sight and go. Installation is straightforward, though could be better. Not for precision shooting. See Cons below.

Fiber optic front posts were tritium are very hard to find the ones that are out there are simply no good. This is no exception. This can hardly be seen in a totally dark area and outside doesn't glow at all.
